Designers need various types of vectors for making easiness of his work. Around the web there are lots of free vectors, nothing is useless. When I was browsing the web, here in Pink Moustache I have got some vectors of hats. And it seems to me interesting. You can think why you will need a hat, there is no need of it, but use them on any kind of character of your design, I think you will see the difference.
